The Cyprus Institute (CyI) is a non-profit research and educational institution with a strong scientific and technological orientation, emphasizing international collaborations and cross-disciplinary research and post graduate education. CyI, through its established research centres, addresses challenging issues that are important at both the regional and international levels. Many of its research activities are being carried out in partnership with leading institutions in the respective thematic areas.
Within this context, CyI in cooperation with Advanced Partners Max Planck Institute for Chemistry, University of Helsinki and Commission for Atomic Energy, is establishing the “Climate and Atmosphere Research Centre (CARE-C)” under Horizon 2020 – EMME-CARE TEAMING Grant no. 856612.
Under the Supervision of the CyI Head of Accounts and the CARE-C Director, the successful candidate will contribute in the execution of all general accounting tasks assigned, related to the Research and Innovation activities of EMME-CARE project and general routine accounting tasks.
The appointment will be on a full time basis, initially for a fixed-term period, with the potential of renewal depending on performance and Institute’s needs. The rank of the position will depend on the successful candidate's level of experience and qualifications
